Why we exist

At byNítida we believe solving a business problem should be simple. And it almost never is.

Showing, counting, quoting, collecting, organizing, serving, processing, finding customers and keeping them. Details that in practice turn into a mess.

That's why byNítida exists: because it is possible to solve them with useful, simple modules.

You matter to us — the one working to push your operation and your sales forward.

To the one who wants to sell online as well as in person.
To the one who keeps inventory in his head.
To the one who stands at the counter every day, giving customers the best of the business.

What we believe

We believe nobody should pay for what they don't use.
We believe that if something needs someone to explain it, it isn't ready yet.
We believe technology should adapt to the business, or come along without getting in the way.
We believe charging fairly is a decision, not a shortcoming. You pay for what you use, when you want to use it.
We believe a customer who finds understanding and a solution, stays.
We believe a business's data belongs to that business.
We believe one problem solved is worth more than a hundred promises and random options.
And we believe simple can be pleasant and friendly.

What we promise

Five commitments, and we keep all of them.

That every app works on its own — no installs, no endless setup.
That you pay for what you use and nothing more.
That your data is yours: whenever you want, it leaves with you.
That you choose: what you use, when you start and when you stop.
And that if something needs help to work, it isn't ready — and we don't sell it.

What we don't do

A manifesto without a “no” is just advertising.

We don't sell packages full of things you'll never use.
We don't take a commission on your sales.
We don't make you talk to a salesperson to get started. Your time is for your customers; ours is to make that possible.
We don't complicate what can be simple.
We don't promise more than the app actually does.
